 Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of original purchase date for in-store transactions or within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for online transactions to qualify for a full refund with proof of purchase.
  • We are unable to accept returns past 14 calendar days of original purchase date for in-store transactions or 14 calendar days of the delivery date for online transactions. 
  • Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached.
  • Garin reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion if any item does not meet return criteria. 
  • For an exchange, you must place a new order online for a replacement item. 
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount minus $9.99 for shipping to the original form of payment.
  • All items on sale are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items. 
  • At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.

Return Instructions

  • If you would like to return an item, please contact Garin via email at: manager@garinshop.com with your name, order number, and item(s) you'd like to return. Once we receive your email, Garin will send a shipping label for you to print and attach to your package.

Shipping Instructions

  • Please be sure to include your (1) order confirmation email and (2) the items you would like to return. 
  • Please drop the package off at your local UPS store.

International Orders

  • We do not currently accept returns for international orders.
